ABOUT ME

Over the years I’ve come to realize the profoundly positive effects exercise and diet can have on our lives and the kind of control they can give us for maintaining or improving our health.

My goal is to teach people how to move properly, to have an awareness of their body in space and to appreciate the notion that we can reduce pain or eliminate it entirely through a focused dedication to proper mechanics. With a better understanding of movement, lives can be changed. How many activities have we had to give up because of pain?
Swinging a golf club hurts the lower back or running because your knees can no longer take the pounding or you're forced to sit like a lump in a chair when the grand kids come over because getting onto the floor seems like a cruel joke.

My interest in personal training stems from seeing what happens to our bodies when we AVOID exercise and a proper diet and how so much physical discomfort, pain and mental stress can be avoided by simply treating our bodies better.
